Product information

Read each product’s description, materials, dimensions and intended use before ordering. Photographs illustrate the fictional demo catalog; display settings may affect colour. Catalog ratings and review counts are demo data, not verified customer testimonials. No medical, safety-certification or guaranteed-performance claims are made.

Prices and currencies

Prices include VAT. EUR is the canonical catalog currency; USD, GBP and PLN use centrally configured fixed display rates, not a live exchange-rate service. The saved order records the selected currency and actual prices. Bank or separately arranged payment charges are not represented as part of the website’s checkout.

Placing an order

Checkout is guest-only. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and review the items before selecting Place Order. Current prices, stock, promotions and delivery totals are checked before the order is saved. A saved order and its ACT reference acknowledge receipt; they do not confirm payment, dispatch or automatic contractual acceptance. The seller must communicate acceptance and payment arrangements separately.

Payment

This storefront does not collect card details or process online payments. Payment must be arranged separately with the seller. Do not send card details or other sensitive payment credentials through the contact form. A printed order summary is not proof of payment or a tax invoice.

Delivery and availability

Standard delivery is €4.90, usually 3–6 business days, and free on EUR-equivalent merchandise subtotals over €75. Express is €9.90, usually 1–3 business days, regardless of value. Promotions

A promotion is subject to its active status, expiry, type and minimum merchandise value. Codes are validated when the order is placed. An invalid or expired code cannot be assumed to apply. The final saved totals show any accepted discount.

Withdrawal and faulty goods

Applicable withdrawal and statutory conformity rights are preserved. See the Refund Policy for notification, return and refund information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the storefront, submit abusive content, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private order information or interfere with service availability. See the Acceptable Use Policy. Reasonable restrictions for misuse do not override consumer remedies relating to an existing purchase.

Changes and complaints

No. Every order is placed as a guest. Your cart and wishlist are saved on this browser, not in a customer account.

What does standard delivery cost?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 and usually takes 3–6 business days. It is free when the EUR-equivalent merchandise subtotal is over €75. At exactly €75, the standard charge still applies.

Can I choose express delivery?

Express delivery costs €9.90 and usually takes 1–3 business days. The express charge applies regardless of order value. Times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. Displayed product prices include VAT. You can browse in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN; the final order stores the selected currency and its actual totals.

When are prices and availability checked?

Current prices, available stock, shipping and any promotion are checked again when you place the order. A saved cart does not reserve stock.

How is payment handled?

Payment is arranged separately. This store does not collect card details or process online payments. An order number confirms receipt of the order, not payment.

Can I return an item?

Where EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you have 14 days to notify the seller. Lawful exceptions may apply, including certain personalised goods. Faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Keep the packaging and order details, and contact customer care with a description of the issue. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed return address. Your statutory rights are not reduced by the store policy.

Can I print my order?

Yes. The order-received page includes a printable summary of the items, customer details, delivery and totals. Keep the private confirmation link safe; anyone with it can view that order.
