Shipping & Delivery

Delivery prices, estimated timings and what to check before placing an order.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery costs €4.90 and usually takes 3–6 business days. It is free when the EUR-equivalent merchandise subtotal is strictly over €75. An order at exactly €75 is charged €4.90. This threshold is based on merchandise before a promotional discount.

Express delivery

Express delivery costs €9.90 and usually takes 1–3 business days. It remains €9.90 regardless of the merchandise value. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by local holidays or carrier disruption.

Eligible destinations

Delivery is limited to supported EU destinations. Use the Contact page to confirm availability for your destination before ordering.

Address accuracy

Check the recipient name, telephone number, street, apartment, postal code, city and country before placing your order. If a detail is incorrect, contact the seller promptly with the order number. Changes depend on the current fulfilment stage.

Receiving your parcel

Inspect the package and keep the packaging if an item is damaged or missing. Use the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Carrier problems do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.

Contact customer care

Do I need an account to order?

No. Every order is placed as a guest. Your cart and wishlist are saved on this browser, not in a customer account.

How do I choose gear for my activity?

Start with the activity collection, then compare materials, dimensions and intended use on each product page. A compact everyday kit is often more useful than carrying everything.

What does standard delivery cost?

Standard delivery costs €4.90 and usually takes 3–6 business days. It is free when the EUR-equivalent merchandise subtotal is over €75. At exactly €75, the standard charge still applies.

Can I choose express delivery?

Express delivery costs €9.90 and usually takes 1–3 business days. The express charge applies regardless of order value. Times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

How can I check delivery to my country?

Use the Contact page to check delivery availability for your EU destination before placing an order.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. Displayed product prices include VAT. You can browse in EUR, USD, GBP or PLN; the final order stores the selected currency and its actual totals.

When are prices and availability checked?

Current prices, available stock, shipping and any promotion are checked again when you place the order. A saved cart does not reserve stock.

How is payment handled?

Payment is arranged separately. This store does not collect card details or process online payments. An order number confirms receipt of the order, not payment.

Can I return an item?

Where EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you have 14 days to notify the seller. Lawful exceptions may apply, including certain personalised goods. Faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Keep the packaging and order details, and contact customer care with a description of the issue. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed return address. Your statutory rights are not reduced by the store policy.

Can I print my order?

Yes. The order-received page includes a printable summary of the items, customer details, delivery and totals. Keep the private confirmation link safe; anyone with it can view that order.
